15 Moving Through Loss & Transition
A Residential Workshop

August 15-17, 2008

People who are grieving losses of all kinds, both current and past, benefit from taking a weekend to focus on their own needs. Presented in a confidential and safe setting this workshop offers a compassionate way to identify and move through feelings of grief, fear and anger, that may be keeping us from living fully. Sharing our deep feelings and being witnessed, as well as witnessing others who are doing the same offers the opportunity for profound healing.

Professionals who work with grief and trauma also benefit by being able to attend to their own unfinished business and issues that are triggered by their work. This is a unique opportunity for learning and the first step in our training program in facilitating the work of others.

This workshop includes small group discussion, creative processes and emotional release work, using the Externalization Process. This is a method for working with feelings that was developed by Dr. Elisabeth Kubler-Ross.

Our staff are psychotherapeutic and medical experts in the areas of grief, abuse, chronic illness and transition. We were all trained by the Elisabeth Kubler-Ross Center and have extensive experience working with losses and trauma of all kinds. We staffed Life, Death and Transition Workshops with Elisabeth Kubler-Ross all over the United States, as well as in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Africa.
